Cori Schubert is a woman painter, photographer, and designer. She creates with all spontaneously pictorial possible means an idea or hunch of the won, perceived... thereby mostly abstract works originate which reflect memories or similar, inner spaces, reflections, ...also landscapes, but also pure essences never-ending, .... joining in harmonies or even disharmony..., rarely she see it closed.
Figurations stand then symbolically, or appear in the process of becoming and passing, are then contrast to the struggle and yet part of the form, the resulting images are always a snapshot of something, a part unfinished and completed at the same time, an approximation of what is.
Cori Schubert is born in löbau (Germany) in June 1974 and lived in Berlin since 2000. she is graduated in archaeology, fine art, and art history in 2000 in Leipzig (Germany). She has presented her artworks in art projects and exhibitions in Leipzig, Berlin, Mannheim, Zittau, Dresden, Uckermark, and in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, France, and Japan.
