J'ai tenu à montrer la vie grouillante.
La toile est réalisée à l'huile et la lumière a été travaillée grâce aux glacis.
Born in the Midi-Pyrénées region (currently Nouvelle-Aquitaine) in a locality close to the "Ville Rose" -Toulouse- which welcomed me during my higher studies, I began to become aware of the colors and light, offered thanks to a contrasting surrounding nature, encountered according to the regions or countries visited. But these chances of life which led me to very varied places had the same common thread: the observation of people, of sites... with the desire for memory that only painting could allow.
Nature "nurturing mother" for Giono, "soothing" for Lamartine was chosen as a source of emotional sharing.
Its figurative transcription using oil painting, whether with a brush or a knife or in mixed media, proves to be a means of exchange.
Knowing how to observe, look, feel the light or the perfumes, to appreciate Beauty through a landscape, flowers... to simply magnify Life is my artistic choice through my paintings.
The search for the invisible: feelings for the characters…
My artistic approach is the attempt to express feelings through the magnificence of color through respect for the techniques learned without denying my personality, sometimes with a symbolic approach through the abstract.
