YEMMING Charles Hugues est un artiste , né le 25 mai 1992 à Dschang, au Cameroun. Son parcours éducatif comprend un baccalauréat en sciences, une licence en géographie, des diplômes Dipes 1 et 2, ainsi qu'un certificat en sculpture. Sa passion pour l'art et la créativité a commencé dès son jeune âge, le conduisant à explorer le dessin et la peinture par des méthodes d'auto-apprentissage et une participation active au club des Beaux-Arts de l'Université de Dschang.

L'engagement de YEMMING à perfectionner ses compétences artistiques l'a amené à participer à divers ateliers et événements culturels, tels que les ateliers Kante à Batié et le festival Yelwata à Maroua. En 2021, il a approfondi son expertise en suivant une formation en sculpture à l'Institut de Formation Artistique de Mbalmayo (IFA), obtenant un certificat qui lui a permis de partager ses connaissances en tant qu'enseignant d'art au lycée technique bilingue de Maroua.

Son parcours artistique est jalonné de nombreuses expositions et vitrines internationales, notamment "Art of the Mind" au Festival Mutato Art au Nigeria, "Connecting Borders with Master of Art" au Brésil en 2023, "Univers parallèles" à Evolucionarts, "Express Arte 2023 Galeria Gisel Duran," et sa participation à la 6ème Biennale Internationale de l'Aquarelle "Tension" en 2023. Actuellement représenté par la Galerie d'Art de Bamako, le travail de YEMMING est profondément inspiré par la nature et les émotions dérivées de ses expériences personnelles. Il explore habilement les complexités des relations humaines, dépeignant la beauté, la joie, la tristesse et les innombrables nuances de l'expérience humaine à travers son art.
