Changzheng Zhu is a contemporary Franco-Chinese artist. Her creative journey is marked by a profound exploration of the female nude and a dedicated pursuit of harmony in the interplay of volumes and lines. Her artistic path was paved through the hallowed halls of the Versailles School of Fine Arts, where she honed her craft and embarked on a journey that would span cultures and transcend boundaries.
Changzheng's artistic prowess first garnered recognition in her homeland, China, where she achieved remarkable success at a young age. She secured the prestigious first prize twice in the national styling competition of the renowned magazine "Chinese Woman" when she was merely nineteen and twenty years old, a testament to her exceptional talent and innate artistic sensibilities.
Upon relocating to France, Changzheng Zhu continued to make her mark on the art world. Her artistic contributions were consistently celebrated, earning her multiple awards and accolades. This recognition extended to the organization of numerous solo exhibitions, a testament to the depth of her artistic vision and the resonance of her work.
Changzheng's journey reached its zenith at the Salon des Artistes français held at the illustrious Grand Palais in Paris. There, she demonstrated her multifaceted talent by clinching three prestigious prizes: the bronze medal in the engraving section in 2009, the bronze medal in the sculpture section in 2011, and the mention prize in the painting section in 2020. These accolades underscore her versatility and creative genius, cementing her place among the artistic luminaries of the French art scene.
Her artistic accolades extended beyond the Grand Palais, with notable achievements such as the Mayor's Prize at the 3rd Salon Biennale de Fontenay le Fleury in 2019. In 2021, Changzheng's remarkable talent was once again celebrated as she clinched the first prize of the Lions Club d'art Manet at the International Contemporary Art Market in France.
In 2022, her work continued to captivate the art world, earning her the prestigious jury prize at the Exhibitions spring Fontenay le Fleury. Her artistic innovation is characterized not only by her technique but also by her exploration of materials, seamlessly integrated into the simplicity of her unique style. Changzheng Zhu's artistic journey is a testament to her enduring commitment to the world of art, as she continues to redefine the boundaries of creativity and transcend cultural divides through her exceptional work.
