I live and work in the Monts du Lyonnais.
Originally from higher mountains (Savoie), since my earliest childhood drawing has been both a refuge (from winter storms as an intern) and a means of communication, of opening up to others. The poetry of the image was able to express the complexity of words I didn't yet have...
I've always loved building with my hands, tinkering with wood, earth and whatever I could find around me, making little mechanisms... creating a world out of little things.
I've been a graphic designer and art director since 2002, and I'll be back with my brushes in 2021.
ARTISTIC APPROACH

I want to "attack the mask of the innate" and the one created by society. To go beyond appearances. Read through a face, read through an image. Denounce the preconceived notions of beauty; external beauty does not abolish pain, emotions, ... inner beauty, the whole human being that we are.
What's more, I place man in his miserable context in the face of nature's grandeur. He is only for a time. And he must realize that he is no more. Everything is a memory. And in these fantasized images, has he really been?
I'm a witness to the body and the senses. As an artist, I materialize my share of humanity and universality.
