It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Byam LE BOT arrive du pays plat en 1986, tombe amoureuse des Pyrénées et s’y installe. Elle vit et travaille à Bagnères de Bigorre.
Dés cette période, parallèlement à une carrière dans le secteur de la santé, Byam investit le champ artistique.Elle suit les cours aux Beaux-Arts de Tarbes, puis aux Beaux-Arts de Pau. Elle est diplômée en Histoire de l’art et en infographie.
En 2000, elle s’installe dans les Landes et ouvre un atelier. Elle y accueille du public (stages, visites de groupe). Elle intervient comme plasticienne en milieu scolaire et participe aux évènements artistiques de la région.
Au cours de sa formation d’infographiste (2006-2007), elle est très influencée par l’art brut, le street art, les graffiti (Combas, Dubuffet, Basquiat...).
Elle crée ses « chtis bélots », petits bonhommes figuratifs, ronds et colorés, en 2008. Elle raconte leurs histoires et leurs aventures, à l’acrylique sur toile, tout en mouvement et matières.
En 2020, confinée dans son atelier, Byam entame un nouveau défi artistique et se lance à la conquête de ses plus beaux sommets pyrénéens. Ils ont été présentés à la Maison du Parc des Pyrénées à Cauterets en 2021, à Pau et à Séméac en 2022.
