Born in 66 in La Rochelle, a world tour from 84 to 89 which confirmed my love for the atmospheres of ports, bars, fishing, dock workers.
Return to La Rochelle and opening of the restaurant "Lespassengers du vent", a bistro at the Port des Minimes with the sea as a backdrop and its sometimes rough but often festive and unadorned atmosphere.
My life is also 16 years in the world of ragpickers, junk dealers on the Ile de Ré, with a space that allowed me to have both a workshop and an atypical exhibition space.
Re is my island. Between two canvases, a shot of fishing, a shot of white, a few oysters... my painting is like my life: simple but always with humor, happiness and good humor.
