Je suis né en Arménie dans une famille d'artistes. Mon père était un artiste-peintre professionnel. J'ai commencé à peindre à l'âge de trois an. Pour moi, c'était un jeu, mon jeu préféré. Je sculptais aussi avec l'argile des animaux, des personnages, des voitures que j'imaginais et je jouais avec tout ça. Avec l'âge, en regardant mon père travailler, j'apprenais petit à petit, les couleurs, les formes, la composition. Plus tard, après avoir eu mon bac, j'ai fait mes 5 années d'études à l'académie des beaux-arts d'Erevan et obtenu mon diplôme à 1984. En 1990, je suis arrivé en France avec ma femme. N'ayant aucune possibilité de peindre, j'ai commencé à travailler. Pendant des nombreuses années, j'étais directeur artistique dans une grosse société de communication. Aujourd'hui, j'ai 62 ans, je ne travaille plus et je me consacre entièrement à mon art. Avec les couleurs, les formes et la texture, j'essaie de créer de l'émotion et de la partager avec les autres.
