Angelo Pisciotta was born in Villa San Giovanni (RC) on January 19, 1950. Pisciotta is the son of Art, his paternal grandfather was a renowned musician and was part of Mascagni's orchestra.

On the maternal side (Pesa family) there are several artistic personalities dedicated to art; an uninterrupted vein of sculptors who have traditionally dedicated themselves over the centuries above all to Sacred Art

It is therefore evident that, born from such an environment rich in artistic solicitations, he devoted himself very early to Sculpture and Painting

Pisciotta considers Art a universal means of communication and we see it better in his current Art where he uses figures imbued with symbolism that he fixes on the canvas in a moment of apparent staticness but which acquire vitality and movement through the chromatic vibration of the colors.

In this way his painting is a contemporary expression that portrays symbolic images that span over time.

Pisciotta has exhibited his works in official exhibitions and has frequented the artistic environment of the Albertina Academy of Turin for a long time; city ​​that hosted him for over 20 years and where he was appreciated and admired for his works.

He later arrived in Pordenone, where he still resides, and continues to manipulate the material and paint with the same intimate constancy as always.
