I do almost all of my work this way - to reduce weight, speed up the drying of the product and reduce the likelihood of an explosion. After all, a small air bubble in the clay is enough for the figurine to shatter into pieces during firing. The figurine is painted with acrylics and varnished. La figurine canard est réalisée en un seul exemplaire, comme toutes les oeuvres de mon atelier. Je pense qu'elle saura plaire aux collectionneurs avec sa personnalité lumineuse. Comme dans toutes mes oeuvres, je ne cherche pas une reproduction exacte, mais simplement flotter sur le fleuve de mon imagination... La figurine est creuse à l'intérieur.
