My name is Pavel Kutelev, I was born on May 1, 1965 in Russia. He devoted most of his life to crisis management, as the head of organizations and enterprises in various industries, an arbitration manager and a scientist. He defended his PhD and then his doctoral dissertation. Author of books: "Organizational Engineering"; "Reengineering in the processes of designing business organizational structures (theory and methodology)"; "Reformation of production and economic systems based on reengineering: theory and methodology"; "Personnel Motivation Management"; "Technology of business reengineering".

For more than 15 years he worked as a professor at the Department of Anti-Crisis and Corporate Management at the State University. Head of special course "Reengineering of business processes" and "Anti-crisis management".

I started creating 3D paintings more than 10 years ago, and since then I can not stop there. There are more than 50 author's works of various subjects and directions in the asset. All paintings are made in 3D projection ( X, Y, Z ( The size of the finished work is limited only by the desire and imagination of the customers. Many works are mounted with internal illumination to achieve the most significant results.

In 2001, I was lucky to get acquainted with Russian developers of a new printing technology, the quality of which is many times higher than the analogues existing in the world.

Since then, there are no technical barriers and restrictions for me in realizing the potential of my works, made on digital media and collected at the highest and unsurpassed level of quality. The light field printing technology used allows you to observe a deep stereo effect with the naked eye while maintaining high image quality - clarity, detail, contrast and color.
