Student of Léon GADOUD and Claude WEISBUCH at the School of Fine Arts of St Etienne FRANCE.
Art drawing teacher from 1959 to 2001, in high schools and colleges.
His technique refers to the Masters of the 15th century, with the use of glazes and gold leaf in the style of icons.
Since my arrival in Polynesia in 1995, I have used natural fiber supports: tapa, fei, kere etc.
Painting in a dreamlike and symbolic style, inspired by Polynesian traditions.
In each painting I try to create a mystery, a silence of things that are not said so that the viewer can imagine what they want. He himself discovers his own universe by projecting his own culture and his dreams;
