The tree is one of the most universal symbols of the spiritual culture of mankind. It symbolized the central axis of the world, connecting Heaven and Earth; man and his path to spiritual heights; cycles of life, the Universe and its processes of eternal renewal; innermost Wisdom and mysterious laws of being.
Every nation has its own sacred tree. It was believed that the tree has a soul and possesses a special sacred mystical power peculiar only to it. Ancient people believed that trees possess great wisdom and that a person who subtly feels the soul of a tree can learn a lot from it.
The tree symbolizes the generations of your family; it sprouts from a seed, grows and branches, sees, bears fruit and gives life to the next generation in order to start the life cycle anew.
