Chromatic Intersection (2025) Digital Arts by Alessandro Butera
"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

This work is characterized by a division of space into distinct chromatic areas, created by the meeting of triangles, rectangles, and curved segments. An upper left quadrant in an intense lavender tone is partially overlapped by a darker blue form, suggesting a dynamic of spatial planes. The upper right quadrant is dominated by a saturated orange, interrupted by triangular and rectangular forms in yellow and light beige that seem to radiate from a central point.
The lower left quadrant presents a play of triangles and rectangles in yellow, blue, and a hint of red in the corner. The lower right quadrant continues the orange theme, with the introduction of blue forms and a curved segment that echoes the shape present in the upper left quadrant, creating a subtle visual link between the different sections of the work.
The juxtaposition of primary and secondary colors, combined with the sharpness of the geometric forms, gives the work a sense of dynamic balance and a strong visual presence. "Chromatic Intersection" invites the viewer to contemplate the spatial and chromatic relationships, offering a complex yet harmonious aesthetic experience.
