Immediately after retiring in 2004, I discovered a new freedom - a far cry from any occupation just to consume time or dive back into a new demanding and very often stressful paid job. It's a new encounter with the artist that I am, to be able to give the best of myself without the words performance or profitability dominating my decisions.
I have since taken up residence in MIRLEFT, a small town of Berber fishermen in southwestern Morocco on the Atlantic coast which is distinguished by its microclimate, its mountainous landscapes, its hundreds of kilometers of virgin beaches, sands, rocks and the quality of its waters. blue which offer to the amateurs of its regions unforgettable moments of relaxation and well, it is here that I found the inspiration for the color, the material which I use in my works.
The drawing lessons learned in college rekindled this need to paint. So, I started painting. And, one thing leading to another, driven by my passion, I found myself well engaged and now have one years of experience.
