Agnès Cellérier is a French artist born in 1957. She trained in the United States in the studio of a woman painter in Ardmor in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
She first developed a passion for watercolour, particularly appreciating the delicate effects of transparency, then deepened the theory of color at the School of Applied Arts once she returned to Paris in 1999. She continued her training through the practice of oil painting in the studio of Jorge Borras, then by the intensive practice of drawing a living model at the Atelier Libre des Peintres des Yvelines. She devoted herself again to oil on canvas in 2014 by joining the free workshop of the Atelier Espace Unique.
In 2005, she received the first prize for pastel at the May fair in Noisy-le-Roi and in 2014 the first prize for oil painting at the Pecq arts fair.
