Zhao Gang was born in Jinan in 1966, and is originally from Laizhou, Shandong Province. He is the vice president of the Qilu Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, a member of the Art Committee of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, vice president of the Ciguang Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, and executive director of the Jinan Multicultural Exchange Association.

Since childhood, Zhao Gang has been devoted to Danqing, and has studied painting with Liu Junsheng, Xiao Yu, Zhang Dentang, Xie Wei Chu and other masters. He has always devoted himself to the study of traditional painting and painting theory, advocating the unity of painting and character, and injecting his spiritual comprehension of natural landscape into his works to express the innocence, goodness and beauty of nature.

Zhao Gang's works pay attention to charm and connotation, expressing beauty and light. Whether it is mountains, water, pines or rocks, all of them are filled with positive and harmony, which makes people feel relaxed, open-minded and spiritually sublime. With the motto "The sea is wide enough to accommodate all things, and the heart of the lotus is not stained with dust", Zhao Gang creates masterpieces of divine works, expressing righteousness and beauty, and purifying people's soul with the beauty and connotation of art.

赵刚，一九六六年出生于济南，祖籍山东莱州。齐鲁书画研究院副院长，中国书画研究院艺术委员会委员，慈光书画研究院副院长，济南多元文化交流协会常务理事。

赵刚自幼倾心丹青，先后随刘俊生、萧雨、张登堂、解维础等先生学画。始终潜心于传统绘画和画论的学习，崇尚画品与人品的统一，把自己对自然山水的灵性感悟注入作品中去，表现了自然的纯真、纯善、纯美。赵刚作品注重神韵和内涵，表现美好和光明，无论是山、水、松、石都透着正和美，令人心情舒畅、心胸开阔、精神得以升华。以“海阔能容物，莲心不染尘”为铭，创作神品佳作，表现正与美，用艺术的美与内涵来净化人的心灵，是赵刚毕生的追求......
