Sounds and Sense

Music plays a vital role in creating my artwork. The right song creates the right mood, gets me focused to paint on the canvas. Also surrounding myself with positive attitudes and like minded individuals also helps me to focus in and expand on a current ideas that I may already have makes a huge difference in my artwork. More often than not I am by myself when I create. I follow my instincts when it comes to creating. A lot of the time something will always come out of nothing. I will intend to do one thing and it ends being something completely different. I have learned to follow that lead quite often not knowing what the end result will be on the canvas. In my artwork, the element of the unknown has lead me to create some of my best artwork (for instance Canopy, Enigma and many, many more). Try this method and let me know how it works for you.
