Volodymyr Korolievskyi found well-known objects filled with a clear meaning, but not found in this combination.
These objects are antagonistic: the ax of war and the pipe of peace. They represent mutually exclusive tendencies,
not existing at the same time but replacing each other in turn. The dualism of militancy and peacefulness,
unfortunately, does not go over to the absolute triumph of peace, despite all the terrible lessons of the past.
But in this picture the ax of war burns in the pipe of peace - in contrast to the fact that peace is usually passive and is simply
a lack of belligerence. The energies of militancy are annihilated forever - in the flow of love, declaring an active
position. After that, the ax of war can neither be buried nor unearthed, because it no
longer exists. People say that life is a struggle between good and evil, if there is not one thing, then it will
become boring and soon stop. But personally, artist doesn't mind being so boring. Let there be peace!

In 2010 having completed the master's degree at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts and having obtained a qualification of graphic designer, compiler, research assistant. From 2010 teacher of design, painting etc. (Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, Dnipro art college,
University of Customs and Finance). From 2023 Member of the Union of Designers of Ukraine. Participant of international illustration and photography competitions (Futura, Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava, The Al-Thani award, Bienal internacional de ilustracao para a infancia). In 2000-10s he created designs for many books.
In his free time from work he is engaged in creativity - he paints pictures and draws graphics. Also writes experimental electronic music.
