Edward Uminski - graphic proffessional, designs traditional graphic and computer one.
His important artistic way is drawing and painting.
He has made it by 20 years, presented his jobs many times in Poland and abroad.
He works with different, very often mixed techniques, but his favourite one are dry and oil pastels.
Painting and specially drawing are his natural ways of emotional expression.
Very often reakize his visions in spontanic, almost automatic way, observing how his hand produces
the magic world coming directly from his deep subconscious. The severe expression of strong, rapacious line of drawing
- and massed, serching stroke which is characteristic for his painting, have power of artistic true about himself - that is his style.
The cycle London Pastels is a result of several journeys to London - where he was fascinated by rhytms
colors, smells of the city, the beauty of connections of anglo-saxon feeling of estetic and multicultural
modernity. The dynamic metropoly , full of life but at the same time cameral has found the
reflection in sensivity of the Artist.
From these urban impressions have rised in 2003-2006 quick expressive jobs of dry pastels.
Some of the them produced right on time in expanse, the others based on own set of photosvery often compillation of many,
to achieve a condensate of feelings and moods.
