Biography
Alexander Tarasenkov is a digital artist and photographer from Russia, whose exceptional talent has been recognized by the prestigious international competition "ART. EXCELLENCE. AWARDS". Honorary member of the International Academy of Contemporary Arts, he is affiliated with the Photo Art department.
The International Academy of Contemporary Arts is a professional organization bringing together representatives from Russia and more than 60 other foreign countries. She works in various fields such as literature, music, visual arts, as well as curatorship, aiming to promote the development of national and international artistic projects.
Tarasenkov has distinguished himself by his bold and innovative exploration of photography, capturing images that transcend cultural boundaries and spark the imagination. His artistic work reflects a deep commitment to visual expression and creativity, exploring varied themes in ways that provoke thought and admiration throughout the contemporary art world.

Two of my works participate in the exhibition "Svetopis" in the Krasnodar Regional Exhibition Hall of Fine Arts.
On April 15, in the Krasnodar Regional Exhibition Hall of Fine Arts "Svetopis", where the audience will see more than 100 works by famous photographers from different cities of Russia. 85 authors from 51 cities of the country took part in the exhibition. Two of my works are on display at this exhibition.
The exhibition will be held from May 15 to 26, 2024.

An exhibition featuring a series of my works was held in Maloyaroslavets
In April 2024, the I.A. Soldtenkov Maloyaroslavets Museum and Exhibition Center hosted an exhibition of the finalists of the 18th I.Ya. Velikanov competition "Faces of Art", in which my series of 10 works "Step on Stage" took part, which took 2nd place.

The silver medal of AEA contest.
My work was awarded the silver medal of the International сompetition "Art. Excellence. Awards".
Two my works are on display at an exhibition in the Moscow region.
On December 2, the Balashikha Historical and Art Museum hosted the opening of the Festival of Creative Photography. My two works are also on display. The festival will last until 14.01.2024.

My project was awarded a scholarship of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in 2023.
I am glad to share the good news with you! My project "Victory Banner" was awarded a scholarship by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The project consists of 70 frames shot in different years. In 2022, he was shown at a solo exhibition in Moscow. In the spring of 2023, he was awarded the bronze medal of the competition. ART. EXCELLENCE. AWARD.

My work became the winner in the nomination of the XV festival "Hop pillars".
02.09.2023 at the XV photo festival "Hop pillars" showed 12 works from the projects "Enclave" and the new "Stillness speaks". The works of the latter became the winner in the special nomination "The foggiest".

On May 26, the Nagornaya Gallery (Moscow) will host the opening event of a solo exhibition of Alexander Tarasenkov, a member of The Russian Union of Art Photographers, Eurasian Art Union, "There is a Blue Planet in Space".
Alexander Tarasenkov, better known as a street photographer, will show her little-known to a wide audience early landscape photographs, which are being shown for the first time in Moscow as a solo exhibition. The exhibition will feature color and black-and-white footage shot over several years in different regions of Russia.
The author of the exhibition is a member of the Union of Photographers of Russia, the Trade Union of Russian Artists, the Eurasian Art Union, as well as an honorary member of the International Academy of Contemporary Arts.
Alexander Tarasenkov is a participant and prize-winner of more than two hundred international photo exhibitions in 30 countries and eleven solo exhibitions: in Russia, Spain, Belarus. Member of the jury of a number of international competitions.
Two of the author's works are in the permanent collection of the State Russian Museum, as well as his works are represented in private collections in Russia, the USA, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Chinaa.
This exposition became the twentieth and the largest solo exhibition by Alexander Tarasenkov. It includes more than 150 works by the author from three series.
The exhibition will continue to work until June 18, 2023.

On May 4, at 15:00, the opening day of the personal exhibition of Alexander Tarasenkov, a member of the Union of Photographers of Russia, "The Banner of Victory", will take place in the Exhibition Hall of the Cultural and Historical Complex "Golden Ring of the city of Vitebsk "Dvina", at the address of the Republic of Belarus, Vitebsk, Tchaikovsky str., 5.
