Sylvie Jolivet

Sylvie Jolivet is a contemporary French artist born in Bourges in 1959. After completing her baccalaureate, she pursued simultaneous studies in mathematics at the Faculty of Jussieu in Paris and in plastic arts at the Saint Charles Faculty. Initially a dual-purpose college teacher, she focused exclusively on teaching Visual Arts from 2004 and also worked as a trainer. Now recently retired, Jolivet dedicates herself fully to her artistic practice. She enjoys working with mixed media, combining collage, acrylic, and oil paints in her creations.
