What inspires me?
Everything is about dynamics, contrasts and proportions.
Like the fire and the glow, the soft and peaceful silence of the night, the heat of a hard battle, the variety of nightlife with my friends, the cool wind blowing in the north, cooking with strong spices, the healing calm of nature, the old neighbourhoods of Florence or a touch.
In winter, when I am at home, I heat only with a wood-burning stove.Nothing gives the same experience.Sometimes I stare at the live fire for hours.
Fire is an otherworldly phenomenon.
You know, these are great experiences, they move me.
For many years I worked as a graphic designer, photographer and web designer, helping fashion, medical and beauty companies.
Nowadays, I concentrate more on expressing my own imagination in an informal way.I prefer a fluidity, a kind of boundless flow, like a crazy berserker who, though loud, recognizes his own existence in everything around him.
In a leaf of a tree, in a social nexus, in a blade of grass, in anything.
Existence is fluid, as is creation.
