Parzianello Renato is an Italian research artist seriously engaged in giving body and voice to colours. In a visibly balanced arrangement of predominant gestures and signs, allusive shapes appear that stop at the limit of recognisability. Movements and paths that trace the whole of our existences.

An autonomous and personal training has defended and preserved him from cultural and environmental influences and conditioning and has allowed him to be truly free, original and authentic. And of these qualities and characteristics, which are very rare to find today, even important names in national criticism have realised that they wanted him at the prestigious Rome Triennale.

His works strike the observer with their chromatic splendour and scenographic explosions, with the immediacy and spontaneity of their execution, and with the bursting strength of gesture and sign. From the volcanic magma of his material creations come cracks, gashes, wounds and trajectories that meet and divide, bifurcate, stop and then, once again, start up again.

Everything, in Renato Parzianello, moves and agitates on material and colour because the material is never static and inert, but dynamic and active, in continuous becoming and transformation, just like the inexorable flow of time, the unforeseen and unpredictable events that shake existence.

Thus, in his painting Abstract and Informal manage to coexist in an absolutely harmonious and balanced manner within a space-time structure that encompasses lives, destinies and paths, past, present and future in a fluid, continuous and unpredictable becoming, Art as a reason for living, therefore, as a means of rediscovering freedom and certainty, a tool to reach the depths of our very essence.
