Valentin é um aspirante a artista, nascido em Moscou em 1998. A sua infância foi passada em diversos países, incluindo a Turquia e o Quirguistão, o que confere diversidade cultural à sua prática criativa. A sua abordagem à arte é conceptual e interdisciplinar, abordando o espectador a partir de uma perspectiva pessoal. Depois de retornar ao Quirguistão em 2022, Valentin começou a trabalhar na “House 41” – um projeto marcante em sua carreira criativa. O projeto ajudou-o a dar sentido à experiência de mudança e a uma nova identidade, de existir como um estranho num mundo onde os residentes eram oprimidos pela União Soviética, em cujo território ele cresceu. Valentin tem formação fotográfica e seu trabalho reflete suas experiências pessoais e explora temas filosóficos como memória, temporalidade e morte. Atualmente vive e trabalha em Bishkek, Quirguistão.
