После возвращения в Кыргызстан в 2022 году Валентин начал работу над "Домом 41" - знаковым проектом в своей творческой карьере. Этот проект помог ему осмыслить опыт переезда и новой идентичности, существования в качестве аутсайдера в мире, где жители испытывали гнет Советского Союза, в остатках которого он вырос. Валентин имеет фотографическое образование, и его работы отражают его личный опыт и исследуют такие философские темы, как память, временность и смерть. В настоящее время живет и работает в Бишкеке, Кыргызстан.
