Oksana Boiko

Young Ukrainian artist from Kharkiv. She graduated from the Kharkov Academy of Design and Arts and studied book graphics.

Oksana owns various graphic and printing techniques, also engaged in illustrations, but the basis of creativity artist is acrylic painting. This technique greatly contributes to the expressiveness of the artist's plastic ideas, working on the theme of urban and cityscape, in painting Oksana is mostly attracted by the search of rhythmic interconnection of color spots, color organization and flexibility of space. Subjects of her works are full of everyday bustle, which is very familiar to city dwellers. Traffic lights, cars, night lights and pedestrians organically create the view we see every day in the city. All this is emphasized by the complex perspective and tense space, which is very interesting for the viewer to travel through while looking at the picture.

Oksana Boiko often participates in all-Ukrainian and international plein airs and exhibitions and is the winner of the national contest The Best Artist 2021. Her works are kept in private collections in Ukraine, UK and USA.
