Cette galerie est faite pour montrer mes nouveaux travaux sur plexi ou sur verre. This new gallery contains my new artworks - more practical - that I consider a lite bit more decorative as I can work directly in your home on a furniture - table or else - or separation of two rooms in your kitchen or your bathroom or two places which could be on glass or plexiglas or still on a old mirror to which you want to give a new approach. This screen I am proposing now is a new approach. It was made on plexiglas mounted on oak wood frame which I am mounting now on wheels so that it could be easily rolled.

Biography
Living at the time in the great city of San Francisco, USA, I started art a self taught artist on live model from 1980 to 1982. Then I registered at City College art department and studied with Rick Rodriguez from 1982 to 1984 and then again from 1991 to 1993. Rick was an abstract painter and amateur of Kathy Kollwitz’s work, an expressionist German painter and sculptor whom I admire. From 1986 to 1990 back in Paris, I studied classical art with Michel King, French seascape watercolorist and painter, a great teacher and lover of classical art. He was the first one to give me the first approach of solf pastel.
Even though I produced works in charcoal, sanguine, pastel, oil and did collage during all those years, the real need to become a professional artist happened in 1997. From that date, I begun to use soft pastel as its vibrant and sensual colors seemed to really fit my own personality. In 1999, I met the great English portraitist Ken Paine whose strength and loose style still fascinates me to this day. Ken gave me the inner self expression “lâcher-prise” that one can find in my portraits with pastel and of course in the abstract works I have developed with oil painting since 2005. During my staying in California, I also had the possibility to see many works from Pollock whose work impressed me and I particularly like the Canadian artist, Riopelle in his expressive and abstract work. I live and work in Paris (Please check my personal website for more information ).

Participation à ce festival pour sa 1ère édition à Senlis avec trois oeuvres abstraites sur plexiglas encadrées avec aluminim et contenant un miroir derrière l'oeuvre principale. Ville royale avec beaucoup d'attrait à visiter. Exposition de peintures et sculptures jusqu'à dimanche 28 avril soir avec de nombreux événements et concert avec un hommage au Japon. Je serai présente le dimanche 28 avril. A vous revoir.

This work on wood painted with acrylic on the two sides (one side was geometric and the other side abstract) and it was hanged (here to a branch) and was shown with other artworks at Rene Legal's garden in the 13th, Paris. It could turn also with the wind.

You can read on the canvas at the bottom in French "La nature est belle, sachons la protéger" message d'amour et de protection de la nature. Acrylic on canvas. This painting was shown along with artists from 13th in Paris and was hanged around an open air swimming pool in the area of Paris called "Buttes aux Cailles" in Paris 13, during the open door artist studio and was done especially for this occasion.
