Η Λίλιαν Μανωλακάκη γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα Μαθήτρια του Γιάννη Τσαρούχη και με ημιτελή την καλών τεχνών, επίσης μαθήτευσε σε ελεύθερα καλλιτεχνικά εργαστήρια ζωγραφικής & γλυπτικής Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό Έχει κάνει σκηνικά σε θεατρικά έργα, ασχολείται με διαμορφώσεις-διακόσμηση εσωτερικών χώρων σε καταστήματα & οικίες Δραστηριοποιείται επίσης σε ψηφιδωτά μικροαντικείμενα & μικρογλυπτά. Ασχολείται με την ζωγραφική και την νεοκλασική αγιογραφία Εχει κάνει 14 ατομικές εκθέσεις και 5 ομαδικές σε Ελλάδα & εξωτερικό.Τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια ζει και εργάζεται στην Κρήτη οπου είναι και μέλος του επιμελητηρίου, αναγνωρισμένη σε χειροποίητα αντικείμενα.
Έργα της βρίσκονται σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό, Τσεχία,Αίγυπτο,Ν. Υόρκη, Γαλλία, Ολλανδία, Κύπρο κ.α. απο ατομικές και ομαδικές εκθέσεις.
