Mina Mina is a french artist who devotes himself exclusively to digital art and more particularly art generated by an AI.
His approach is demanding and codified. The image is not digitally enhanced once generated by the AI. The image remains pure. Intact. Raw. Conversely, there is always a human represented. This opposition is of course voluntary and fruitful. The human represented, most of the time a woman, is sometimes manhandled by the AI. It is sometimes difficult to perceive where the trouble comes from, but trouble there is. It comes from the situation, the proportions, an effect of unreality. These images are most often NSFW. It is obviously also voluntary, the idea being to confront AI with what is most intimate to us. It is therefore an exploration and a confrontation from which beauty sometimes emerges.
