This piece is very highly textured and thickly glossy as you can see in the photos. It has taken many months and countless hours to produce this work.
This is as much a wall sculpture as a painting, and the weight of the piece testifies to that, as it is very heavy (some canvases are a couple pounds or more) due to all the texturing and layers.
THREE 18" x 24" 3/4" thick stretched canvases.
HUGE 54 X 24 total size.

I focus on art with sprituality, intensity, power and emotion.
From a personal perspective, when it comes to my painting, I am very ambitious and quite a perfectionist. That shows in my ratings, and I'm very glad about that.
I care very deeply about my painting. I don't know if it's in the blood (my father is an artist as well) but for whatever reason it is at the heart of who I am as a man and a human being.
I'd love to call it a higher calling, but I'm really not that sure if it is. I'd also love to change the world thru my art, but I'm not sure if that's pompous thinking or actually possible.
I do know my soul is in everything on display in this shop, and I hope very much you'll like what I do enough to have me on your walls.
