Biography
D’origine du nord de l’Espagne, Julia arrive à Sainte-Maxime avec sa famille en 1964.
Autodidacte, elle débute la peinture en 2008.
Très vite, elle approche différentes techniques picturales, notamment le dessin, la gouache, la peinture à l’huile ou l’’acrylique.
Elle aborde des thèmes très variés comme le portait, les paysages, les marines, l’animalier.
Ces dernières années, elle se lance dans l’abstrait dont les couleurs vives, la lumière et les empattements au couteau qu’elle maitrise aisément lui apportent une liberté d’expression qui lui correspond bien.
