The story that informed these four archangels paintings, one evening i was in bed and I was thinking what to paint and I could not come up with any ideas. I asked "God" what to paint and He says: "the four angels". I knew it is found in the bible "Revelation 7".These angels are standing at the east, west north & south; holding back the winds of strife from destroying the earth. Oil is my favorite medium; religious theme is one of my favorite subject.I developed this style from art school in 1990; which is now my mature style of painting. Order prints on this website. ATTENTION: One of the painting is painted in Acrylic on water colour paper; the top left piece is in Acrylic.
