Joanna Garstka

I am an emerging Artist from Wroclaw (Poland) who started her artistic journey as a child, but it is only in 2024 that I decided to take creation seriously and show my work to the whole world. I want to become a full-time artist despite my lack of professional qualifications in art and become a citizen of the world. Above all, I love the creative process and derive great pleasure from painting.

* My favourite medium is acrylic paint on canvas, but I am not averse to other materials such as oil paint, tempera or watercolour pencils. The main subjects of my paintings are animals and flowers on semi-abstract backgrounds. I am a great lover of art and nature. When creating art, I always have in my mind the quote by Paul Gardner 'A painting is never finished - it simply stops in interesting places '.

* I also have another side of my soul that enjoys all kinds of analysing and investing. I am fascinated by the constant development of my skills and, above all, my creativity.
