Jerzy Kosinski

Jerzy Kosiński, born on January 19, 1955, in Wrocław, is a self-taught Polish painter known for his realistic style. He describes his approach as painting what he sees and likes, developing his technique through personal work, talent, and a passion for art. His paintings, characterized by warmth and realism, often depict landscapes, architecture, horses, and especially forests, with a particular fondness for birch trees and birch-lined paths. Kosiński is also a skilled copyist, favoring works by artists Wojciech and Jerzy Kossak and Ivan Szyszkin. Additionally, he paints portraits.
