Francine Rosenwald
Born in 1955 in France, lives and works in Paris, France
Since her art studies, landscape has been Francine Rosenwald's favorite subject. Her paintings reflect nature in summer in the many places she loves to travel.
His paintings are reminiscent of reports from around the world. When she walks, she sketches and takes photos. Then the artist begins to paint in the studio, compartmentalizing his canvases like a comic book page to tell a story, an emotion, moving from a horizon to a closer shot then to close-up details. His technique is gestural, lively, the whole colorful and invigorating. This original approach leads the viewer to wander freely in his pictorial space.

She accomplishes this by switching among panes from a skyline shot to a closer look and then to close-up details. Her technique is gestural and lively; the whole is colorful and tonal.
