British artist Fisher's works are vibrant and explore the power of energy in the midst of a transient and politicized world. Fisher works with time, light, color and form, her images questioning the meaning of reality and man's quest for freedom. Fisher works primarily in documentary photography, with a focus on street scenes, nature subjects, and found objects. Largely self-taught, she has taken classes at International Center for Photography and at the Art Students League. Fisher's work has been featured in group exhibitions at Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance and at Local Project in Long Island City. She holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School. An activist in the areas of forest and shoreline restoration and food insecurity, Sally is a member of Manhattan Community Board 12, co-founder of Friends of Inwood Hill Park, and a founding member of the Washington Heights/Inwood Food Council.

De werken van de Britse kunstenaar Fisher zijn levendig en onderzoeken de kracht van energie in een vergankelijke en gepolitiseerde wereld. Fisher werkt met tijd, licht, kleur en vorm, waarbij haar beelden de betekenis van de werkelijkheid en de zoektocht van de mens naar vrijheid in twijfel trekken. Fisher werkt voornamelijk in documentaire fotografie, met een focus op straattaferelen, natuuronderwerpen en gevonden voorwerpen. Ze is grotendeels autodidact en heeft lessen gevolgd bij International Centre for Photography en bij de Art Students League. Fisher's werk was te zien in groepstentoonstellingen bij Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance en bij Local Project in Long Island City. Ze heeft een BA van Yale University en een MBA van de Wharton School. Sally is een activist op het gebied van bos- en kustherstel en voedselonzekerheid. Ze is lid van de Manhattan Community Board 12, mede-oprichter van Friends of Inwood Hill Park en een van de oprichters van de Washington Heights/Inwood Food Council.
