His life works have been published in more than 50 newspapers and periodicals such as "Calligraphy News", "Xiling Art Cong", "Xinhua Daily", "Yangzi Evening News", and "Weekend", and have won many awards in large-scale national exhibitions and calligraphy and painting competitions. She has been featured in Jiangsu TV Station's "Big Photo", "Metropolis" and Nanjing TV Station's "Jinling Wind".
In 1987, the seal of the work "Hundred Life" was given as a gift by Nanjing University to Mr. Run Run Shaw, one of the top ten jazzmen in Hong Kong.
The book "Highlights of Yu Zijian's Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Exhibition" in 1989 was published by Nanjing Publishing House and distributed nationwide. This collection was created by the author between the ages of fifteen and twenty-five. It was the first collection of the youngest author in the field of calligraphy and seal cutting at that time.
In 1990, his seal carving and seal cutting works: One Hundred Dragons, One Hundred Phoenixes, One Hundred Turtles, One Hundred Tigers were collected by the Organizing Committee of the 11th Asian Games, and won the Excellence Award at the 1990 International Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Art Expo.
In August 1995, 20 art groups jointly selected him as a "Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Celebrity" and won the honorary title.

In November 1998, his calligraphy works were selected for the 27th Japan Calligraphers Exhibition and won the honorary award.
In February 1999, he participated in the 100th anniversary commemoration of the discovery of oracle bone inscriptions in Nanjing. The work was selected for the International Academic Symposium on Oracle Shang Dynasty Civilization and the Oracle Exhibition and won the Excellence Award. In March 1999, the editorial board of the American World Art Center's "World Calligraphers and Painters Classics" awarded him the Celebrity Achievement Award for Calligraphy and Painting. 艺术职称:全日本华人书法家协会理事、东京书画院常务理事、中山书画院名誉院长、香港国际教育研究院院士、中国南京慈善总会理事、江苏省东慈书画院副秘书长、江苏省书法家协会会员、江苏省甲骨文学会会员。
幼年至青年时期的艺术指导老师:王能父先生、虞劲草先生、林散之先生、匡亚明先生、王学仲先生。康殷先生等。
其名作品分别入选以下辞书:中国现代书法界名人辞典;世界华人书画篆刻名家大辞典;当代书画篆刻家大辞典2卷;中国当代艺术新闻人材传集;当代书法篆刻大观、中国当代艺术界名人录;中国青年书法家辞典;当代肖形印谱;世界美术书法家世纪末成就大典;当代篆刻家大辞典、中国专家人材库第三卷,作品被中国书法艺术博物馆收藏。

1990年篆刻肖形印作品:百龙、百凤、百龟、百虎被第十一届亚运会组委会收藏,1990年国际书法篆刻艺术博览会上荣获优秀奖。
1995年8月20个艺术团体联合组织评选“当代书画艺术名人”荣获名誉称号。
1996年6月参加新加坡国际书展及国际旅游节开幕典礼上作品被新加坡黄金辉总统收藏。

艺术职称:全日本华人书法家协会理事、东京书画院常务理事、中山书画院名誉院长、香港国际教育研究院院士、中国南京慈善总会理事、江苏省东慈书画院副秘书长、江苏省书法家协会会员、江苏省甲骨文学会会员。
幼年至青年时期的艺术指导老师:王能父先生、虞劲草先生、林散之先生、匡亚明先生、王学仲先生。康殷先生等。

1987年作品《百寿》印章被南京大学做礼品贺赠给香港十大爵士之一邵逸夫先生收藏。
1989年俞子鉴书法篆刻展集锦一书由南京出版社出版全国发行,此集是作者十五至二十五岁期间创作的。是当时书法篆刻界第一部最年轻作者专集。
1990年篆刻肖形印作品:百龙、百凤、百龟、百虎被第十一届亚运会组委会收藏,1990年国际书法篆刻艺术博览会上荣获优秀奖。
1995年8月20个艺术团体联合组织评选“当代书画艺术名人”荣获名誉称号。
1996年6月参加新加坡国际书展及国际旅游节开幕典礼上作品被新加坡黄金辉总统收藏。
1997年6月作品《喜迎回归》图200印谱,分别被南京条约资料馆、南京博物院、江苏省美术馆、香港特别行政区行政长官董建华先生收藏。1997年11月俞子鉴艺术成就被日本近几ッ一リス卜出版社出版的「中国南方旅のガイドブウ」第(11)卷专题报导。
1998年9月名古屋南京友好城市20周年访日现场中国书画表演活动。1998年11月书法作品被第27回日本书人会展入选并获荣誉奖。
1999年2月参加南京甲骨文发现一百周年纪念会。甲骨文商代文明国际学术研讨会及甲骨文书展,作品入选并获优秀奖。1999年3月美国世界艺术中心《世界书画家经典》编委会授予书画名人成就奖。1999年5月参加南京99书画慈善笔会、书法作品被慈善总会书画集收入。1999年10月由日本友人滨馨先生的担保出国、在名古屋爱知国际学院留学。1999年11月荒井先生推荐参加27回爱知文化书道展(名古屋)招待会并当场表演中国书法。1999年12月学校冬假期间。在滨馨先生帮助下、在阿南市滨馨先生家开设中国书法篆刻教室。12月27日,日本徳岛新闻(日报)及四国放送(电视)专题报导。

我国汉代时已有属相之说,至南北朝便普遍起来。既然岁有属相,那么每个人的生年也打上了这种动物的标记。张三属马,李四属猴,属龙者曰“大龙”,属蛇者称“小龙”且不说那些纷纷扬扬的民间故事,是何等的魅人,仅指生年所属,也就蕴含着无尽的兴味。这是在特定的文化背景下所形成的一种传统观念。虽然小如纤芥,却是文明机体上的一个富有活力的细咆。
由十二生肖联想到肖形印,汉代人便不乏刻了某一动物作为印信。当刻图章形成一门艺术之后,篆刻之外也经常 闪耀着一些生动的肖形印。十二属相肖形印便是其中的一个系列。
我很赞赏俞子鉴君的治印精神。他数十年如一日,虔心诚敬,在书艺篆刻的园地里耕耘,一九八九年《俞子鉴书法篆刻展集锦》,一书南京出版社出版,全国发行,此集是作者十五至二十五岁期间创作的;是当时书法篆刻界第一部年轻作者的专集,已完成了《百寿》《百福》《百龟》《百凤》《百鱼》《百佛》《百喜》《百财》《百禄》等系列作品,取得了很好的成绩。近来他豪情充溢,竟一股作气刻了一千二百方生肖印。十二个生肖,每种一百方。从百鼠、百牛一直到百狗、百猪。真可说洋洋大观,辉煌巨制了。以图形刻印不同于篆书刻印,图形除了用刀之外,实际上如同画图案,我教过若干年的图案学,是深得个中三味的。简练的动物造型,只是画几个,总会有较佳之作,但若数以百计,而又不是凑数,可就要大下意匠功夫;而且都要限定在这小小的方寸之内,更是不易,所以说,从事艺术固然需要聪慧和灵性,还得具备顽强的毅力和献身精神。这一点,俞君不仅做到了,而且做得很好。
当年的齐白石老人号称是“三白石印富翁”而今的俞子鉴仅此一项,就得一千二百石印,可说是“巨富”了。我在欣赏他的这套消形印的同时,想起了哲学上由量变到质变的关系。艺贵质,也无涯。进技如登峰,山外有山,天外有天。即使成名在兹,仍须看得远些,意境是没有边界的。这是我对俞君的希望。
