Some of his sculptures were chosen for the national sports art exhibitions and many of his works are displayed in public spaces, including the sculptures "Harmony" and "Morning Dew" in Xiangfan Government Square, Hubei; the main sculptures and reliefs for "Like the Dead" at Chengdu Qingyang Wenjia Government Affairs Office; "Wenweng Stone Chamber" and "Heming TeaHouse" Chengdu streetscape sculptures; relief sculpture at the Red Army Memorial Hall in Mengding Mountain, Sichuan. Liu Shijun is a winner of China Urban Sculpture Creation and Design Qualification Certificate. He is a Member of China Sculpture Institute, China Sculptors Association, and China Arts and Crafts Association
