4/4 in a series of cartoons critical of "woke" takeover of the Disney Corporation Management.
From the 1930s on, Disney Company built its reputation on innovation, Imagination, Superior Product and Family Friendliness. Disney himself said that he built Disneyland to provide a place he could comfortably take his young daughters. Disney went into a slump during the 1970s then staged a recovery from the 1980s on under Eisner's leadership.
Today it is in crisis. It began with Disney Co. taking sides in Florida against a law saying sex education should not begin until 4th year (age 8-9) and then be "age appropriate". Opponents call it, "The don't say gay act." (It does not refer to "gay" etc. in the act.)

Donald says, "PSSST! Are you the mouse looking for family friendly entertainment?"
Mickey answers, "The pure stuff! Nothing cut with woke-n-all"
The newspapers they pretend to read have stories about the hunt for Tinkerbell (accused of liking men too much by the woke). On the back pages are advertisements for Pleasure Island, mentioned in number 3/4 in this series.
"woke-n-all" is a reference to Fentanyl. Currently Chinese manufacturers are selling ingredients that are mixed in Mexico and smuggled into the US (sometimes disguised as other drugs). This and personal irresponsibility has led to the deaths of tens of thousands of young Americans over the last year. This is believed to be a Chinese government sanctioned activity and will be a factor in whether the US and China end up in a war with each other. In America, our grounds for war with China are seen as many times greater than Russia's claims against the Ukraine.
The suggestion here is that China has been seeking to undermine the stability of the US with this provision of a dangerous drug as just one part of that. Encouragement of the woke movement, is suspected as another. So in order to get "Family Friendly Entertainment" Donald and Mickey are forced to act like a drug dealer and his customer.
