Edward Chernesky

pure expression of the individual is the ideal, the meaning of life. this
could be in graphic arts, music, conversation , personality, etc. the closer
we approximate that, the more genuine, the truer is the art. the more honest
we are with ourselves about ourselves, the better is our chance for growth,
maturity, and self realization. denial and repression leads to an
artificial existence, which leads to artificial expression.

in my artwork, i strive for true expression.
