my journey

Born in 29 September 1961, in Istanbul-Turkey

Started drawing and painting when she was 5, with her father
During high school she was fond of art classes, clubs and she learned pottery as a course, while she had private art lessons.

1984- She got degree from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts-Architecture

1979-1999 For twenty years, she worked as a fashion designer for Leather outwear industry, where her collections were exibited and sold in fashion fairs like Pret-a-porter, Paris, Igedo-Dusseldorf, Semaine de Cuir-Paris, Mode Woche-Munhen, the best shows of the times then.

Beginning of 2000’s she worked with the painter Dr.Refik Azizova. She kept painting for friends and attended some mixed exibitions. Since 3 years she discovered the joy of abstract painting where she found her inner shapes and colors.
She is continiuing in her journey of creativity in her own atelier in Istanbul, while she is also working as a interior designer and renovater.
