The "War" series is being created here and now, during Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This war has been going on for several centuries and has forever engraved in our and our ancestors' memory the genocide carried by the Russian Empire.
In the series, I try to avoid direct visual meanings and crimes. However, I display them through symbols. Symbols of Pain, Struggle, Love, Despair, Evil and Good. A special place, of course, is occupied by God.
Along with the religious background in the paintings special attention is paid to the national Ukrainian symbols dating back thousands of years. In this way I reflect the identity and cultural code of our nation.
In the series, I continue to reproduce Women and their archetypes, but relying not only on the scientific basis and research that I conducted. The women in this series are me, every Ukrainian and the Symbol of Ukraine in general.

New classics based on postmodernism.
For me, the stories in the paintings are one of the ways to break the stereotypes about classics.
I will not give a univalent answer to the question “what is the“ New Classics ” in my understanding, because in univalence itself is already an enemy of postmodern thought embedded there.
My message is to show the art of the classics from the other side, even deeper and very unusual, in order to excite the minds and bodies of my viewers.

Born and raised in Chernihiv, Ukraine. I have got an architect's Barchelor degree in Kyiv, where I continue to live today.
After 2 years of architectural practice became a full-time artist. Then there were the first series of works "New Classics", "Creating Inner Support", "Social Nude" and the first solo exhibition with a series of "Holy Brothel" in October 2021.
At the end of 2021 I started to teach drawing in a children's creative studio. From the beginning of 2022 a new stage in my art began - the study of the archetypes of women. My research has always turned me towards cultural peculiarities and traditions of the Ukrainian people.. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine I've continued to reveal the potential of Ukrainian traditional symbols in combination with modern forms and themes.
