Glanzend afgewerkt
Afgezien van zijn uitzonderlijke dikte, bestaat het vezelpapier uit een alfa-cellulosebasis zonder zuur en is het bedekt met bariumsulfaat en een microporeuze laagabsorptie versterkende pigmenten tijdens het afdrukken. Dit papier heeft een puur witte kleur, vergeelt niet naar licht en is speciaal ontworpen voor weerstand en veroudering. One day, I was struck by the beauty of the night sky, how the darkness was pierced by the twinkling of stars and the occasional burst of light.
Inspired by this, I decided to create a painting that captured this breathtaking phenomenon. I picked up my gouache paints and began to blend together different shades of black and blue, creating a canvas that was both deep and mysterious.
As I worked, I noticed that the painting was missing something, a spark of light that would bring the whole thing to life. I began to experiment with different colors, trying to find the perfect hue to represent the burst of light I had seen in the sky.
Finally, I found it - a light yellow that seemed to glow from within. I carefully added it to the center of the painting, watching as it transformed the canvas into something truly magical.
I decided to call the painting "Light Burst", a fitting name for a piece that captured the beauty of the night sky so perfectly.
Now, whenever someone looks at the painting, they too can experience the same sense of wonder. The deep, mysterious colors draw you in, while the burst of light at the center reminds you that there is always beauty to be found in the darkness. It's a painting that will take your breath away and leave you feeling inspired and uplifted.

For me, art is always an open door for a dialogue with a viewer. Moreover, it's an invitation to join a creative act because I believe an interpretation of an artwork is as important as its creation. What at first glance seems to be just an abstraction then begins to evoke certain feelings, emotions, and associations. I create lines and color transitions in at attempt to pull viewers in like a whirlwind. So, finally, each viewer has a personal interpretation of an abstraction that differs from others.
The quick-drying process is important to express a creative impulse fully, so I choose acrylic paints. I often combine delicate light "watercolor" shades with dark ones. These contrasting colors in my works render the polyphony of every aspect of life. After all, there is no absolute light, no absolute darkness. In our life, everything is mixed up to one degree or another.
