La life, encounters, experience, so many things that nourish Art and artists, and that have made Alain Bouillot a visual artist. Rocked by 4 years of Fine Arts in Bordeaux, he built his aesthetics by perfecting his line and his knowledge of Art History.

Freeing himself very quickly from academic dictates, he 039;is a constant quest for originality and difference that he stages through paintings made of materials and light.

"Between painting and sculpture" is borrowed from this research on forms, volumes, relief, which takes us to the frontiers of solid and liquid. Objects, characters modeled by light, sculpted by shadows come to life under his hands, and under our gaze.

Each day, he draws from three collectives of artists, including he is part of Bordeaux, the exchange, the communication, which always push him further in his new research to reach the threshold of his imagination and erase the border which separates sculpture from painting.
