My paintings are large playgrounds where she has fun combining mediums and techniques. Although acrylic is my main medium, I sometimes use oil, charcoal, pastel, and very often incorporate the techniques of collage, transfer, scraping, stencil or monotype. Through countless superpositions of colors and textures, large brush and spatula strokes, or small touches, washes, and in different thicknesses, my productions can be read with hindsight, in their entirety. I ultimately aim to make the drawing disappear by creating an IMPRINT of RAW ENERGY where only the “physical and total expression” of the artist of the scene unfolds before our eyes.

Born in Longueuil, I VAVY, I now work and live in Estrie, one of the most beautiful regions of the province of Quebec in Canada. After my technical training in ARCHITECTURE in 1988, I followed several courses and workshops (live model, painting, watercolor, monotype, collage, etc.) given by excellent Quebec artists. I really began my artistic career in 2001.  I even taught drawing and painting in my studio for a few years.
