Human civilization and technological advancement have positioned people as the superior ruler of nature. Illegal hunting, wild game eating, medicinal herbs or manufacturing jewelry from wild animals are a series of "elegant pleasures" of humans that are causing ecological crisis, and ruining the environment. This topic prompted Sang Phan to draw "Human 2" to reawaken our love of nature. The artist uses the image of a snake with a human head to depict people's greed, cruelty and coldness when dealing with Mother Nature. The black heads represent the extinct creatures. The hopeful blue, which appears lively and positive, combined with red color, evokes terror and bloodthirsty feelings, indicating an alarming problem. Thereby, the artwork is a warning to everyone to acknowledge their responsibility in protecting nature.

Sang Phan, a contemporary painter from Vietnam, stands as one of the country's most dynamic emerging artists, known for his vibrant and energetic visual style. Through bold and expressive brushwork, Sang brings his paintings to life, creating a kaleidoscope of color that captures the multidimensional nature of life in a seemingly spontaneous manner.

Exploring themes of human emotion, life, and death, Sang's large-scale artworks delve into the complexities of reality, always imbued with a joyful spirit and a celebration of color and form. Drawing inspiration from expressionism, cubism, and abstraction, Sang's unique artistic language reflects the essence of feelings evoked by events, objects, and human nature.

Sang's passion for painting ignited at an early age, marked by a profound moment at seven years old when he created a self-portrait painting a mountainscape. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Hue University College of Arts, Sang continued to refine his craft, garnering recognition as one of Vietnam's most promising artistic talents.

Known for his use of vivid colors such as pinks, greens, and yellows, Sang's artworks exude an uplifting spirit reflective of his own personality. His philosophy revolves around conveying subjects through color, shape, and form, allowing viewers to experience his emotions in each fleeting moment captured on canvas.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Sang Phan advocates for the unifying power of art, believing that humanity is connected under one sun. He aims to transcend national borders and cultural boundaries through his work, aligning regional experiences with universal emotions and values. With international exposure, Sang's artworks serve as a celebration of this unifying message, speaking to people from all corners of the globe and bridging cultural divides.
