As an artist and an art activist to the SDGs, my paintings through this era will project the full power of our great initiatives to embark and push the agenda of the united nations goals.
Patrick Dodoo is a contemporary painter from Ghana, known for his black and white paintings that serve as metaphors of people's sentiments and the vulnerability of their existence. He received his education from Takoradi Polytechnic and the University of Education, Winneba, and currently serves as a Curator at the Art Gallery in Accra.
Dodoo's journey as a corporate artist has led him to realize the importance of utilizing his creative abilities to bring about positive change. He believes that opportunities and creative resources are meant to achieve specific ends, such as bringing joy to people's lives and fostering hope in a developing nation like Ghana.
Throughout his career, Dodoo has used his art as a means of advocating for the voiceless and representing the masses. He sees himself as a leader who can create change and contribute to his country's development and beyond.
Driven by his ambition to make a meaningful impact, Dodoo is committed to furthering his education and seeking management training. He believes that by expanding his knowledge and resources, he can better manage people, tools, time, and opportunities to fulfill his mission of contributing to his nation's development.
