Graduated from lyceum number nine of Chirchik city.
Studied in Republican College of Arts.
Studied in National Institute of Art and Design .
Studied traditional hand-drawn animation at Sakhaltuev Production.
Natalya Chepulskaya studied theater set design , classical painting, classical animation.
She worked as a theater artist and a set-designer at movie production.
“My preferred technique is oil painting. I work in two main directions as a symbolist artist sitting in my studio or traveling and painting small impressionistic landscapes with oil and knife. All the subjects of my paintings are attempts to understand conscious life, relationship with the world of people and nature, as well as subconscious life through dreams and symbols.”
