Konstantin Malginov was born in 1966 in Kiev.  He got an education.In 1978, he entered art school.    In 1986, he entered the Kiev National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture.    From 1989 to 2001, he worked for the architectural and design company Pimiento de Gala LTD.
