J'ai rapproché ces deux peintres, qui se sont connus, car j'ai trouvé que le mélange des coloris était particulièrement heureux... et que chacun mettait bien l'autre en valeur. Le tableau a été vendu en 2020 lors d'une exposition.

Settled in the Dordogne since 2015, I have been painting since 2002 and you can see in the figurative pages of my site "carresabstraits.com" some realizations of flowers, landscapes, animals... I discovered Abstract Art in 2017 thanks to the artist Claudine Menou who introduced me to this technique whose approach personal, between introspection and reflection, seduced me. In his workshop in Lamonzie St Martin, I learned that the creation and the realization appealed to very different codes from so-called figurative painting.... In addition to the quality itself (sharpness and association of colors, transparencies, elegance of forms) the abstract can only be considered "beautiful" if it manages to touch the viewer, everything is in the emotion that comes from the depths of oneself, lying on the canvas and perceived through the eyes of others…I exhibit in the Dordogne and in France.
